HOW TO ORDER

Please log in your details to place orders online.
Approved Credit Account Customers are expected to settle invoices within 30 days.

All goods remain the property of Thang Tho Ltd. (t/a: Hana Blossom) until fully paid for. Failure to make punctual payment will entitle us to our rights to damages and to suspend any outstanding orders or to cancel the contract, without prejudice. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit term.

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

No minimum order. We only require the unit quantity of the product.
The unit quantity of each product is varied depending on the products such as 6 boxes/unit or 12 boxes/unit.

 

DELIVERY AND CARRIAGE CHARGES

UK Mainland
  • £9.54/order
  • Free delivery for order > £300+
  • All prices are included with VAT.

    European countries

    • All price are net.
    • All invoices are on pro forma basis only. 
    • All invoices are on pound sterling(£) only.
    • Transport cost will charge to the customer. 

    Please inform us at the time of placing an order your nominated shipper details.

    Whilst every effort is made to send complete orders we reserve the right to make part deliveries.

    The rest of the world

    Carriage charge will be varied depending on the orders and desitination.

    • UK mainland      next working day 
    • Rest of the UK   2-3 working days
    • EU Zone1           3-5 working days (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherland, Denmark)
    • EU Zone2           4-5 working days (Bosnia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)
    • EU Zone3           4-9 working days (Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania)
    • Switzerland       4-6 working days

     

    RETURNS & DAMAGES
    All Claims for damages must be reported to us within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt. 
    No goods may be returned without prior consent. 

     

    REFUND

    If you are not completely happy with our products, you can either return them for an exchange or request a refund.  All the items need to be returned within 7 days of dispatch.  The goods should be returned to us in their original condition including any packaging.  Please ensure that you get proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office) when returning products as we cannot be held any responsibility for products lost in transit.

    All claims for damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
