Delivery Information

UK Delivery We typically dispatch orders via Royal Mail for smaller items, and Parcelforce, DHL, or UPS for medium to large parcels. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days following the date of dispatch.

International Delivery For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, Parcelforce, or UPS.

EU Countries: Approximately 3–7 working days.

Rest of World: Approximately 5–15 working days.

Please note: All deliveries, whether domestic or international, require a signature upon receipt.

      Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

      Returns Policy Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

      Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

      Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

      Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.

      Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:

      1. Check your bank account again.
      2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
      3. Contact your bank to check their processing times. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@hanablossom.com.

      Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to discuss an exchange, please email us at mail@hanablossom.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will send your replacement free of charge.

      Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at the time of order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.

      Return Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Tracked Shipping: If you are returning an item over £50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
